Refunds & Returns

We want you to love everything you buy from Nimki! That’s why we're here to help with returns if anything doesn’t meet your expectations. Just a heads-up—while we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind, we do refund for faulty items and are always happy to offer exchanges or a store credit if that suits you better!

Here’s how it works:

  • Return your item within 14 days (in-store or online), and we’ll issue a store credit valid for 12 months.
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (an emailed receipt, or hopefully we’ll remember your friendly face!). Nimki reserves the right to decline exchanges, returns, or credits at our discretion.
  • For exchanges, please ensure items are in brand-new, resalable condition. Postage for change-of-mind exchanges is covered by you, both for returning and resending items.

A few more quick details:

  • Sale items are final and can’t be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
  • When sending items back, please use a trackable service; ensuring they reach us safely is up to you.
